Job TitleJob DescriptionPerforms a variety of clerical and administrative duties to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient department/clinic operations. Uses clinical expertise to analyze insurance medical necessity requirements and benefits via provider website to ensure requirements are met for referrals/precertification to be submitted according to Infirmary Health's standards of quality, efficiency and desired outcomes.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Graduation of an LPN programPrevious experience with referrals/precertification, ICD10 and CPT diagnosis codingLicensure, Registration, Certification:Current Alabama LPN licenseCurrent Multi State LPN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama**Infirmary Health abides by the NLC requirements and guidelines for the state of AlabamaDesired Qualifications:Excellent keyboarding skills
