Job description
Payroll Support Consultant
The Payroll Support Consultant requires a blend of technical payroll expertise, client service excellence, and project management capabilities to support teams in Client Onboarding and Account Management. Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners to facilitate smooth transitions, resolve payroll related issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes.
Responsibilities
Provide detailed information to internal and external stakeholders on payroll data requirements and impacts on retirement plan administration.
Guide clients through payroll system integrations, advocating best practices and system capabilities.
Maintain client relationships to ensure ongoing needs are met.
Participate in projects to improve payroll data integration tools and processes.
Develop and refine educational materials and resources to enhance payroll process understanding among clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
Two years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in the retirement plan or financial services industry
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Proficient in payroll software, MS Office, and database systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with retirement plan administration
Working Conditions
Hybrid
Compensation:
The salary for this position generally ranges between $61,000-$68,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
Bonus Eligibility:
This position is also typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion.
