Intake Assessment ClerkSmokey Point Behavioral Hospital - Marysville, WA 98271Salary Range $20.00 - $23.00 Hourly Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Education Level Not Specified Category Health CareDescriptionUp to $23/hour depending on experience plus premium shift differentials for overnight and weekend shifts.The Intake Clerk is responsible for assisting in the process of receiving, scheduling and/or referring incoming patients and inquiry calls. Assist the other Intake Counselors, Clerks, and Director with coordinating assessments; initiating vital signs, safety checks, wand and belongings searches, providing care and comfort to patients during the admission process.
