Intake Coordinator – Aba TherapyLocation: Remote - Must reside in the USA Schedule: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m.-- 6:00 p.m., 11:00 a.m.--7:00 p.m. Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $45,000-$60,000 annual salary, based on experienceJoin The Treetop where purpose, growth, and meaningful work come together.We're seeking a motivated and compassionate Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for families seeking life-changing ABA therapy services. This fast-paced, people-focused role is ideal for someone who thrives on meaningful conversations, enjoys achieving goals, and loves helping families begin their journey with us.Bilingual Spanish/English speakers are highly preferred.What You'll DoBe the first friendly voice families hear when they reach out for servicesManage 75–100+ inbound and outbound calls dailyExplain our programs clearly and guide families through the intake processFollow up to collect insurance, documentation, and consentsTrack progress in Salesforce and other systemsMeet and exceed performance goals for responsiveness, conversion, and completionCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience
