Intake Attorney
We are seeking a dedicated Intake Attorney to join our team in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will handle initial consultations with clients, assess legal needs, and provide guidance on the appropriate course of action.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough interviews with clients to understand their legal situation
Evaluate the merits of each case and recommend potential solutions
Explain legal rights and obligations to clients in a clear and concise manner
Work closely with other legal staff to coordinate case strategy
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions
Requirements: Law degree from an accredited institution
Active state bar membership
Prior experience in intake or client consultation preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently and handle a high caseload
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
