Overview
Department: Behavioral Health -Call Center (High Volume Calls)
Schedule: Per Diem Nights| 7p-7:30a| Must work 4 shifts per month
Facility: Prime Healthcare Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital
Location: 2233 W. Division St. Chicago, IL. Free Parking Available.
Hourly Rate: $21.01
Responsibilities
Answers inquiry calls from all persons with regard to information about hospital services and programs. Facilitates the admissions, also verifies insurance information and performs all registration duties.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Associate’s Degree in Human Services field preferred.
2. Two (2) years’ experience working with psychiatric population preferred.
3. Three (3) years’ experience in customer service required.
Pay Transparency
Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $21.01 The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
