Traffick911 is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive.Position DescriptionThe Intake Coordinator will process, manage, and document all incoming referrals for the Voice & Choice Survivor Empowerment Program. The Intake Coordinator will be field based and will meet with potential clients and/or their legal guardians in Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, Ellis, Rockwall counties. The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for completion of all intake paperwork and assessments. The ideal candidate is a highly self-motivated, extremely professional, and capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.Major Areas of ResponsibilityIntake, assessments, and referrals for new clientsDaily management of incoming referrals and review for program eligibilityConduct new client assessments and complete all new client documentation including obtaining consents from all appropriate parties on caseBuild and maintain relationships with primary referral sourcesUpon intake completion, provide Program Directors and Supervisors with insights, recommendations, and case concernsProvide Executive Vice President, Program Directors, and Program Supervisors with a weekly status update on current referralsProgram introduction for legal guardiansMeet with clients' legal guardians and provide them with a thorough introduction to Traffick911 and the Voice & Choice ProgramManagement of consent documentationEnsure consent documentation has been received for all new clients and uploaded appropriately to the case management systemMonitor need for updated consents and work with advocacy team to verify completionProgram evaluation and client feedbackAssist leadership team in evaluating Voice & Choice Program impact by providing routine feedback on case trends and youth/guardian feedbackAdditional ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided and other related paperwork, including input into case management systemBe available to temporarily support 24/7 on-call team by taking on-call shifts during unexpected staff shortages, emergency situations and unforeseen circumstances where assistance is needed to ensure crisis call responseRequired Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesSpanish speaking strongly preferredMust live within 40 miles of Downtown DallasConsistent demonstration of positive, cooperative, self-motivated, and professional behaviorAbility to have a flexible schedule that can change daily; with some working nights/weekendsAbility to process a high volume of documentationExcellent attention to detail and dexterity to manage many tasks simultaneouslyStrong communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to communicate (emails, texts, phone calls) clearly, timely and consistently with many different stakeholders (i.e. staff, partners, etc.)Comfortable meeting new people of all ages one-on-one and naturally making a connection with themTeam player: ready, willing, and able to be a leader among their peersAbility to work independently and to be a self-starterDemonstrated competence in cultural humilityBroad knowledge and experience in working with traumatized populationsValid driver's license, reliable vehicle, valid car insurance, willing to utilize personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement for job-related duties)Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Documents, etc. Traffick911 operates on Apple laptops.Adhere to policies related to boundaries with youthAttend required abuse risk management trainingAdhere to procedures related to managing high-risk activities and supervising youthReport suspicious or inappropriate behaviors and policy violationsFollow mandated abuse reporting requirementsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree required with at least four years of professional job experienceTwo years of professional experience working with traumatized youth preferredExperience working with child sex trafficking survivors, adult sex trafficking survivors, victim services, juvenile services, CPS, domestic violence, and/or experience serving other types of vulnerable populationsExperience with Apricot Essentials case management software or similar case management software preferredCritical QualitiesAdhere to Traffick911's Core Values and Code of Ethics (traffick911.com/mission-values)Mature Christian faithProfessionalHumble and resilientPursues excellenceCulturally aware and appreciative of differencesStrong work ethicInnovative problem solverAbility to build trust and strong partnerships with othersCourageous in pursuing opportunities and challengesTenacious in achieving goalsPhysical DemandsJob will be performed in the Traffick911 office in Addison, TX as well as traveling to various counties surrounding Dallas/Fort Worth.
