Do you enjoy helping people and providing exceptional customer service over the phone?Gruber Law Offices, a premier personal injury law firm located in Milwaukee, is seeking a talented, empathetic, and client-focused individual to join our team as an Intake Specialist.As an Intake Specialist, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, current clients, and other callers. This position plays an important role in creating a positive experience and ensuring each caller receives professional, compassionate, and helpful service.ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and gather relevant information from callersUse critical thinking and sound judgment to assess information and determine the appropriate next stepsTransfer callers to the appropriate Firm employee or referral resourceConduct outbound follow-up callsProvide professional, courteous, and compassionate customer serviceMaintain a positive and helpful experience for every callerThe ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping others, communicates effectively, stays calm in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently assess situations and determine the appropriate course of action. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential.Position DetailsLocation: Remote; candidate must reside in southeastern WisconsinTraining: In-office training is required before transitioning to a fully remote positionAs part of our hiring process, candidates will be asked to complete a pre-employment assessment.
