Job description
Chestnut Health Systems in Granite City, Illinois is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to provide integrated prescriber services within behavioral health, substance use, and primary care programs. The APRN will work under the Nurse Practitioner Collaborative Agreement and state regulations to evaluate, treat, and manage patient care.
The position requires an Illinois APRN license with a Master’s in Nursing, plus eligibility to bill for evaluations and medications.
