Job description
Open Door Community Health Centers in Arcata, CA is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to join our integrated care team. You will provide assessment, therapy, referral, education, and skill-building to patients with complex physical and behavioral health needs, in person or via tele-health.
This role values collaboration, trauma-informed approaches, and a commitment to diverse communities. Candidates with an MSW/LMFT/PhD in CA are welcome; bilingual applicants encouraged.
