Job description

Neighborhood Health Center in Portland, OR seeks a Behavioral Health Consultant to deliver integrated care within our primary care clinic. You will perform brief, evidence-based assessments and interventions for both adults and children, partnering with PCPs and the care team to improve functional outcomes.

The role requires a Master’s in a mental health field with Oregon licensure; Spanish language skills are highly preferred.
