Job description
Neighborhood Health Center in Portland, OR is seeking a Behavioral Health Consultant to join our on-site Behavioral Health team. The role focuses on integrated care within primary care, delivering brief, evidence-based assessments and interventions for adults and children, and collaborating with PCPs and the care team.
Minimum requirements include a Master’s in a mental health field and Oregon licensure. Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.
