Job description
Crusader Community Health seeks a Behavioral Health Consultant to join our team on the clinical unit, collaborating with the health care team to deliver behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults within an integrated care model. The role coordinates with the patient’s primary care provider and other care-team members, responding to urgent behavioral health issues as they arise.
