Hours of JobFT - 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.Every 3rd Weekend and Holiday Rotation RequiredNew Hires will train with extended orientation tailored to the applicant.Duties and Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the delivery of patient care through the Nursing Process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Directs and guides patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel.Assumes a lead role in patient teaching.Places the patient at the center of care practices.Collaborates and interacts positively with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and achieve desired outcomes.May be required to work other patient care units or shifts according to the distribution of staff, patients, and/or patient acuity.RequirementsAbility to work every 3rd weekend and holiday rotations.Must be willing to cross-train and float to Med Surg and ED settings.Education/CertificationsGraduate of an accredited school of nursing.Licensed RN.
