Hours of JobFull Time - 7:00 PM - 7:00 AMEvery 3rd Weekend and Holiday Rotation RequiredNew hires will train with extended orientation tailored to the applicantDuties and Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the delivery of patient care through the Nursing Process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Directs and guides patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel.Assumes a lead role in patient teaching.Places the patient at the center of care practices.Collaborates and interacts positively with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and achieve desired outcomes.May be required to work other patient care units or shifts according to the distribution of staff, patients, and/or patient acuity.RequirementsAbility to work every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation.Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs.Education/CertificationsGraduate of an accredited school of nursing.Licensed RN.
