Job description
Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis, TN is seeking an Integrated Operations Center Supervisor to optimize patient throughput from intake to discharge. You will monitor KPI for bed control, transport, admissions, and interdepartmental coordination to sustain safe, efficient flow.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in admissions, bed control, dispatch, or transport, with supervisory experience preferred. Excellent communication and critical thinking are essential.
