Job description
Centerstone Medical Group in North Vernon, IN is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care within an integrated primary care and addiction medicine model. You will assess, diagnose, treat, and coordinate care for individuals with complex medical and behavioral health needs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate holds an accredited NP program, RN and APRN licenses, DEA registration, and is willing to provide telehealth.
