Job description
Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join the Behavioral Health Division in Shrewsbury, MA. The hybrid role leverages telemedicine and on-site care to support patients with substance use disorders using evidence-based treatments and integrated care.
You will assess, diagnose and manage SUD, coordinate with primary care and behavioral health teams, document precisely, and contribute to program development.
