Job description

Reliant Medical Group, part of Optum, seeks a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner to join our Behavioral Health team in Worcester, MA as an Integrated Substance Use Provider.

This hybrid role combines telemedicine and on-site care, delivering evidence-based medication-assisted treatment and collaborating with primary care and behavioral health clinicians.

Requirements: MA APRN license, board-certified NP, DEA/X-Waiver and MCSR; 1–3 years SUD/dual-diagnosis experience; Epic EMR knowledge preferred.
