Job description
We're seeking a hands-on Integration Developer to rebuild and support system-to-system integrations for a new customer/loyalty data platform (accounts, contact info, addresses, phone, etc.) across internal applications and third-party vendors.

Customer Loyalty Platform Integration Developer (Python / APIs / SQL)
Location / Work Setup
Hybrid - Twin Cities, MN (2 days/week onsite)
Initial onsite locations: Stillwater or Hopkins, MN (first ~2 months)
Then: Edina, MN
Start: Early October
What You'll Do
Design, build, test, and support integrations between a new loyalty platform and internal / vendor systems
Develop Python scripts and integration logic for data movement and automation
Build/consume REST APIs and work with JSON payloads
Write and troubleshoot SQL for validation, reconciliation, and transformation support
Support asynchronous and batch integration patterns
Partner closely with a small team (Tech Lead, BA, QA) and third-party vendors
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of software development experience with a focus on integrations
Strong Python
Strong REST APIs + JSON
Strong SQL
Experience with system-to-system integrations and production troubleshooting
Must be local to the Twin Cities and able to work onsite 2 days/week
Nice to Have
Integration experience with customer/loyalty data or customer data platforms
Retail/grocery domain experience
Exposure to Salesforce integrations (and/or ECRS, Catapult)

Compensation
Target range: $65-$75/hr (based on experience)
