Job description
Family Health Centers of San Diego (FHCSD) is seeking an Integrative Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing, multidisciplinary care team delivering whole-person care within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting. The physician will lead individualized, evidence-informed care plans addressing the full spectrum of patient needs.
