Advanced Program SpecialistKeystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Advanced Program Specialist to join our team in supporting adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. As an Advanced Program Specialist, you will provide leadership and supervision to the program team, coordinate and implement assessments, assist in the development of individualized support plans, and guide skill building initiatives for the individuals we serve.Advanced Program Specialists earn $26.50 per hour and have access to a competitive benefits package. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401K, career advancement, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, and more!Key Responsibilities:Develop, oversee, and update comprehensive assessments for each individualCollaborate with teams to create and monitor Individual Support PlansEducate staff and monitor implementation of support strategiesSupport teams during behavioral incidents, psychiatric hospitalizations, and skill trainingConduct effective team meetings and serve as point person for investigationsEnsure consistency and regulatory compliance of all clinical documentsAssist with licensing audits and required documentationMaintain confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory standardsComplete financial reconciliations and monitor program expendituresPrepare program reports and statistical dataDevelop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with supervisors, peers, and other employeesSeek and participate in professional development opportunitiesEducational Qualifications (One of the following):Bachelor's degree and two years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autismMaster's degree and one year of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autismPennsylvania Behavior Specialist LicenseAdditional Qualifications:Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to interpret and apply written informationIntermediate computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and learn web-based systemsValid driver's license and access to properly insured vehicleSuccessful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verificationsKeystone Human Services prohibits discrimination against qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities and prohibits discrimination against all individuals based on any category protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.Disclaimer: The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this job.
