Job Overview
A law firm seeks an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join their team in Silicon Valley, California. The firm is renowned for its expertise in protecting and maximizing intellectual property rights for a diverse clientele, including Fortune 50 companies and innovative start-ups.
Duties
Engage in patent litigation in federal district court, including fact development and discovery.
Participate in ITC (Section 337) investigations and coordinate with parallel proceedings.
Draft high-quality briefs, motions, and client communications.
Collaborate with technical experts to present clear, persuasive arguments.
Involve in PTAB proceedings, including IPRs.
Explore SEPs/FRAND and disputes involving telecommunications and multimedia standards.
Requirements
3-6 years of patent litigation experience.
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Skills
