Job Overview
A law firm seeks an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join their team in NewYork, NewYork. The firm is open to candidates based in Washington, D.C., San Diego, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley.
Duties
Engage in patent litigation in federal district court, including fact development and discovery.
Participate in ITC (Section 337) investigations and coordinate with parallel proceedings.
Draft high-quality written work, including briefs and motions.
Collaborate with technical experts to present persuasive arguments.
Involve in PTAB proceedings, including IPRs.
Explore SEPs/FRAND and disputes involving telecommunications standards.
Requirements
3-6 years of patent litigation experience.
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Skills
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent analytical, writing, and problem-solving skills.
