Job description
A respected, fast-growing legal team in New York is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property/Patent Litigation Attorney to join their practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys handling sophisticated IP matters, and is looking for long-term professional growth.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active membership in the State Bar of New York
2+ years of intellectual property experience
Experience with one or more of the following: patents, trademarks, copyrights, licensing, and IP litigation
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple matters independently while collaborating with a team
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $300,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
