Job description
Our client is an Am law 100 firm, seeking a Patent Attorney for its Life Science practice in Philadelphia, New York City or Rochester offices. The salary for this position is between $235k to $295k.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in patent preparation, prosecution, and litigation, including FTO opinions and patent diligence projects.
Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in life sciences (biology, immunology, molecular biology, biotechnology or related degree).
State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and communication skills.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
