Job description
Our client is an Am law 100 firm, seeking a mid to senior-level Technology Transactions Associate for its New York office. Big law or in-house experience preferred. The salary for this position is between $310k+.
Qualifications
4_ years of technology transactions experience, including drafting and negotiation software, technology and content licenses, development agreements, professional services agreements, manufacturing, collaboration, supply and distribution agreements, and e-commerce, media, and entertainment transactions.
Experience with M&A and equity financing transactions (drafting transaction agreements, and conducting IP due diligence), is a plus.
New York bar admission is required.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
