Job description
Junior Associate or Non-Partner Track Attorney - Trademark and Copyright - California
Our client is a major firm, seeking either a junior associate or a non-partner track attorney for its IP practice in San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley offices. This position involves litigation, counseling, portfolio management, and clearance experience. The salary range for this position is between $200k to $310k.
Qualifications
2+ of law firm experience involving trademark and copyright litigation and counseling.
Experience with trademark clearance, prosecution strategy, and portfolio management.
Experience in trademark and copyright ownership, licensing, and fair use issues.
Commercial and corporate transactions relating to IP.
AmLaw 100 law firm experience is preferred.
Excellent credentials, as well as analytical, research and writing skills.
California bar admission is required.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
