Mid-level Trademark and Copyright Litigation Associate
Our client is a major Am law firm, seeking a mid to senior level IP litigation associate to join its Litigation Practice Group in Palo Alto, New York, and Washington, DC. The salary for this position is between $225k to $435k.
Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in trademark and copyright litigation.
Experience in drafting motions, running offensive and defensive discovery, taking and defending depositions, working with experts, and preparing for trial preferred.
State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice is required.
Excellent academic credentials.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
