Join our team.The RoleWe are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir's implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's client's user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, test and troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Come help solve the world's hardest problems.Core ResponsibilitiesProvide desk-side training to analystsTrain analysts/operators in a classroom settingEmbed with user groups to deeply understand workflowsProactively develop relationships with users at customer site and surface use case gapsBuild initial dashboard products and assist users with building questionsRemain current and up to date on latest platform features and capabilitiesStaff the Help Desk by responding to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issuesProvide timely and detailed feedback to the Palantir engineering team about productConsistently communicate product or user issues to the Palantir teamWhat We ValuePrior experience with Palantir platforms required (i.e. Palantir Foundry, Gotham, Gaia, etc.).
