Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care | ICU / ER / Med-Surg / Step-Down

12-hour shifts – days or nights
Care for patients from stable to critically ill
Strong focus on telemetry and critical thinking

What You’ll Do
Monitor telemetry and recognize changes in patient condition
Manage patients with varying levels of acuity
Administer medications and treatments according to protocols
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other care teams
Float between units based on patient and staffing needs
Requirements
Active RN license – compact or state-specific
BLS required
ACLS required for critical care/telemetry
Acute care experience in ICU, ER, Med-Surg, or Step-Down
Strong assessment, telemetry, and critical-thinking skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Schedule
12-hour shifts – days or nights
Weekend and holiday requirements
Scheduling based on unit needs
