Job description
BJC HealthCare seeks an experienced ICU Clinical Nurse for night shifts to deliver advanced, compassionate care to critically ill adult patients. The nurse will perform complex assessments, administer medications and titrate drips, manage ventilators and invasive lines, and respond rapidly to status changes. Responsibilities include collaborating with intensivists and interdisciplinary teams, developing and updating care plans, educating patients and families, ensuring accurate documentation, and following all safety, infection prevention, and quality protocols.
