n nnWhat You'll Be Doing
nTreats patients in critical/coronary care unit to ensure proper injury care and disease diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. Requests necessary tests and follow-up visits and refers patients to specialists as necessary.
nnThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrates knowledge and competencies in the following areas:
nn Respiratory dysfunction
n n Cardiovascular dysfunction
n n Neurological dysfunction
n n Neuromuscular dysfunction
n n Renal dysfunctional
n n Gastrointestinal dysfunction
n n Hepatic Dysfunction
n n Hematological disorders
n n Oncology disorders
n n Evaluate nutritional support for critical ill patients also with endocrine disorders
n n Patient with trauma or septic illness
n n Interpretation of diagnostic test results
n n Collecting information related to patient and integration in clinical plans
n n Communication with patient’s relatives, referring hospital etc.
n n Acute & chronic pain management
n n Pre & post-operative check up
n nWhat We're Looking For
n Requires a MD degree from an accredited school.
n n Board Eligible/Board Certified in Critical Care Medicine
n n State license or (obtain NJ license) and certification
n n Strong decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills
n n Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n n Prior experience using eClinicalWorks and/or Meditech preferred
n n Strong teamworking, leadership, and organizational abilities
n n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n n All experience levels encouraged to apply
