Primary Skills: Figma (advanced), Prototyping (advanced), Interaction Design (advanced), Systems Design (intermediate), Visual Design (advanced) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 12 Months Location: Plano, TX(#LI-Hybrid) Pay Range: $55-60/hr #LP Job Summary: This role focuses on creating intuitive and efficient user experiences for professional tax accountants, translating complex workflows into clear interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems, explore solutions, and iterate on designs based on user feedback. The position requires a strong understanding of design systems and the ability to de-risk design decisions through prototyping and testing. Key Responsibilities: Design user journeys from concept to final execution for tax professional software. Simplify complex data-heavy tax and accounting workflows into user-friendly interfaces. Partner with product, engineering, and research to solve design challenges. Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system across products. Utilize prototyping and testing to validate design choices before development. Must-Have Skills: Proven experience designing complex B2B software. Demonstrated portfolio showcasing end-to-end interaction and systems design. Comfort designing for power users with dense data and complex task flows. Industry Experience: Experience in the financial technology or accounting software domain is preferred for this role.
