Job description
Oasis Systems is seeking a Portfolio Manager to serve as an interagency liaison and technology manager for the AF SBIR STTR CRP. The role coordinates with DoD and industry partners to identify cross‑platform technologies for co‑sponsorship, co‑development, and transition to programs of record.
You will act as the central point for interagency program development, engaging Military, Government, Lab, Industry, University and Small Business partners, and you will help promote SBIR/STTR efforts
