Duties
Plan, manage, and coordinate portions of major RCMD programs.
Develop and evaluate comprehensive technical and program plans.
Provide authoritative technical guidance to senior RCMD, DA, and interagency leadership.
Conduct and supervise systems performance analyses to resolve major technical issues.
Monitor and assess project execution.
Serve as a technical subject matter expert.
