Job description
Real Property Community Planner
Serve as a Real Property Community Planner for the Directorate of Public Works. Independently plan multi-phase projects for Fort Gordon's Real Property Master Plan. Review productivity from external firms for technical adequacy. Develop innovative approaches to solve complex planning challenges. Meet with tenant organizations on the installation to determine their real property related requirements. Manage the Real Property Planning Board (RPPB) program to ensure all facility/infrastructure requirements are being met. Participate in planning conferences as the Directorate of Public Works representative. Direct the Project Planning and Design Charrettes to develop facility/infrastructure solutions.
