Duties
You will execute all reentry system tests and the reentry flight testing portfolio, inclusive of the planning, design, development, production, and flight test integration of all reentry systems flight and not flight test configurations.
You will support various stakeholders in the formulation and execution of requirements, planning factors, and budgets to support design, development, production, and test and evaluation of reentry systems advanced concepts and experiments.
You will direct and participate in reviews of progress and/or issues with stakeholders related to Nuclear Delivery Systems (NDS) Science and Technology (S and T) experiments and testing.
You will draft and execute the technical and programmatic scope of relevant contractual vehicles including work requests, task orders, and Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests (MIPR).
You will manage and coordinate a diverse staff industry/contractor personnel and other government agency efforts to deliver mission success for NRS S and T experiments and tests.
You will support the unit head for Reentry Systems and Payload Test and the section head for Reentry Systems Products, Integration and Test in their role as an advisor and consultant to the Reentry Systems Branch Head.
