Interim Case Management Manager - Greater Los Angeles, CA
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Interim Case Management Manager to lead care transitions and discharge planning for a hospital in the Greater Los Angeles area. This role is ideal for a steady, clinically strong leader who can step in to stabilize and support staff while the hospital conducts a permanent search.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on leadership and day-to-day management for the Case Management department
Support nursing staff through high-acuity patient care and complex cases
Partner closely with providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure clinical excellence and continuity of care
Focus on staff engagement, team cohesion, and operational consistency
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state/federal regulations, and quality standards
Ideal Candidate:
Proven leadership experience in a union facility
Active California RN license
Calm, communicative, and team-oriented leadership style
Full-time, onsite interim role in the Los Angeles area with travel home.
Ability to start within 2-4 weeks from date of offer.
