Job description
AMN Healthcare is seeking an Interim Clinical Manager for Cardiac, Vascular, and Thoracic Operating Room in Winchester, VA. The role leads CVOR operations and a team of about 25 FTEs, focusing on patient care, workflow, and measurable improvements.
The candidate should bring strong CVOR leadership, change management skills, and collaboration with the Director; Virginia RN licensure is required, CNOR preferred, and starting within 2–3 weeks is ideal.
