Interim Director, Epic Patient Access & Revenue Cycle Applications

Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and operational leadership for Epic Patient Access and Revenue Cycle applications, overseeing design, implementation, optimization, and support
Lead and develop application teams, including hiring, performance management, and succession planning
Own Epic system lifecycle (build, testing, upgrades) and drive large-scale implementations and optimization initiatives
Partner with Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, Finance, HIM, Compliance, and Clinical leaders to align systems with business, compliance, and financial goals
Ensure end-to-end revenue cycle functionality across scheduling, registration, billing, claims, denials, and revenue integrity workflows
Establish application roadmaps, manage vendors/integrations, and drive standardization, governance, and continuous improvement across system
