Job description
Pomona College seeks an Interim Director for the Pomona Plan to provide senior-level gift planning expertise and operational leadership. You will guide life-income strategies, coordinate with Finance and outside partners, and lead initiatives to grow contributions from unaffiliated donors.
The role requires strong judgment, independence, and a commitment to high-touch donor service within a major advancement program. This temporary, full-time position is based in California.
