Job description
ESA Management, LLC seeks a relief General Manager to oversee operations at assigned Extended Stay Hotels, ensuring profitability, guest satisfaction, and compliance with standards. You will provide leadership in the absence of the GM and coordinate with regional teams to drive performance.
Responsibilities include staff coaching, revenue optimization, and participation in sales initiatives. Significant travel (85–90%) is required to support multiple properties within the district.
