Job description
Andrews & Cole, LLC is seeking an Interim Director of Tax to lead the global tax function, oversee external tax advisors, and partner with finance leadership, partners and the PE sponsor. The engagement is 6–12 months with potential to convert to permanent employment.
Responsibilities include owning the tax strategy, coordinating with the CFO and PE sponsor, and managing US federal/state and international tax matters, including transfer pricing and audits.
