Gilder Search Group is seeking an Interim Director of Health Information Management for a 70+ bed hospital in Arizona. You will lead HIM operations, implement policies, monitor performance indicators, and support revenue cycle leadership.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HIM or related field, RHIA certification, and at least four years of progressive management experience in HIM. Proficiency with Excel and Word and multiple data systems is essential.
