Reid & Associates is partnering with a California hospital to fill an Interim Nurse ICU Manager role. This contract position includes temporary housing and travel support as needed, offering strong leadership to guide an ICU team through a period of growth and change.
The ideal candidate holds a CA RN license, a BSN, and at least two years of ICU clinical experience along with two years of leadership experience. This is a temporary assignment with potential for extended collaboration.
