Job description
PIH Health seeks an Interim Manager, Radiology to lead day-to-day operations of our radiology department within a not-for-profit, community-focused healthcare network. This role oversees staffing, workflow, and quality to ensure safe, timely imaging services and an excellent patient experience across inpatient and outpatient settings. The Interim Manager collaborates closely with physicians, technologists, nursing and support teams, driving regulatory compliance, patient safety, and adherence to Joint Commission standards. Responsibilities include staff development, performance management, budgeting support, and implementation of best practices and new technologies.
