Job description
Sweetwater Care seeks an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee Nursing Services for residents, ensuring care plans meet physician orders and regulatory standards. The role requires 24-hour supervision and leadership of the Nursing Department.
In the absence of the Administrator, you will assume center operations and supervise the nursing process per State Nurse Practice Act and licensure requirements. Strong clinical and regulatory knowledge is essential.
