Interim Senior Budget & Finance Analyst – Chicago Area
Truity Partners is supporting a nonprofit client in the Chicago area seeking an experienced Senior Budget & Finance Analyst for a contract engagement. This individual will provide hands-on support across budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and capital project reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Support the annual budgeting process across multiple business units
Lead/support periodic forecasting and reforecasting
Analyze revenue, expense, and budget-to-actual variances
Develop financial projections and scenario-based financial models
Track and analyze capital projects, project costs, and related funding
Support fixed-asset accounting, including depreciation, and related journal entries
Prepare management reporting and financial analysis
Develop dashboards and ad hoc reporting for leadership
Partner cross-functionally with business leaders on budgeting and financial performance
Assist with additional accounting and finance projects as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of FP&A, or financial analysis experience
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills
Experience with capital projects and/or fixed-asset accounting
Advanced Excel skills are needed
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar is preferred
Spanish language skills a plus!
Compensation : $45 - $60/hr. (based on experience and overall fit)
