Job description
The Interim AVP provides Executive Leadership leadership and stabilization of physician compensation and funds flow within a complex Academic Medical Center or integrated health system. This role serves as the single point of accountability for compensation strategy, financial alignment, governance, compliance, and reporting infrastructure.
